The pumpkin
Pump'Skin is the first range of organic pumpkin cosmetics created by two specialists in health and organic agriculture. Faced with the challenges of environmental pollution, Dr. Eraud and Philippe Desbrosses created the Pump'Skin range: its high concentration of active extracts boosts the skin's natural defenses, giving it youth and energy. The pumpkin used in the Pump'Skin formulation is unique : the variety was selected by Philippe Desbrosses at the Ferme-Conservatoire Sainte Marthe Sologne.
The patent for the properties of pumpkin was first filed in 1992 by André Rougereau , head of department at the Robert Debré-Ambroise hospital and the second time by Dr. Eraud.
By creating Pump'Skin, Dr. Eraud wants to raise consumer awareness of the importance of using organic and effective components for skin health! After several studies and high-level scientific support which confirms and reveals the exceptional cosmetic virtues of pumpkin, Dr. Eraud multiplies conclusive tests.
The Hokkaido pumpkin was imported to France by George Oshawa, founder of macrobiotics in the 1950s and 1960s. The sweet Hokkaido pumpkin found in the Pump'Skin range is grown in France, at the Ferme-Conservatoire Sainte Marthe Sologne.

Pumpkin is 3 times richer in carotenoids (provitamin A) than carrots!
It thus helps regenerate and repair skin cells. It hydrates the skin thanks to the presence of carbohydrates and restores its barrier function, thus limiting dehydration thanks to the presence of lipids.
Rich in vitamins A, B3, B5, C, E and D3 (a true therapeutic concentrate !), Omega 3, 6 and 9 and trace elements, it improves the elasticity and vitality of the epidermis. Anti-free radical and anti-aging, it improves the radiance of the complexion.
